RETURNS

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be faulty or damaged, unused, and in original condition. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact support@alexander.spade. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
